MOCPS PSO Implementation Moves Forward

Minnesota Issues 6th Annual Report on Adverse Events
Posted: 2/2/2010 The Minnesota Department of Health has issued this report identifying a decrease in adverse events, fewer deaths and serious harm related to adverse events, and continued areas for focus of patient safety efforts in the area of surgical care.
