AHRQ Issues Patient Safety Primer on Disruptive Behavior

The primer addresses how such behavior impacts an organization’s ability to develop a culture for safety by threatening teamwork and a blame-free culture necessary for discussing safety issues. The primer provides information on preventing and addressing disruptive behavior.

IHI Releases the “IHI Improvement Map” Resource for Improvement Information
