Efforts are made to ensure judges have no conflict of interest with applicants. Projects are judged on information provided in the application within the following areas:
- Planning and Problem Definition
- Implementation
- Data Analysis/Modifications
- Innovation/Sustainability/Reproducibility
Awards may be given in various categories, such as by provider group, organization size, type of project, etc…depending on the number of applications received. Award application deadline is Friday, December 30, 2011. Winning organizations will be notified by February 24, 2012, and will be asked to present a brief, informal summary of their project during the awards ceremony at the 2012 annual conference. Those organizations receiving an award will receive one complimentary registration to the conference. All award applicants, regardless if they are winners, will be asked to display a poster of their project at the conference.
Please note we will not accept more than two (2) award applications from the same facility. However, you may submit as many “Great Inspirations” projects as you wish for display.
Please take extra time and care to ensure your application materials do not contain any PHI – if your application contains any PHI, it will be automatically disqualified.
