Online Resources for Patient Safety Practices Offered by the Joint Commission International Center for Patient Safety
Posted: 5/1/2006 This resource is for providers and consumers to use as an online database of practices and interventions to prevent adverse events. The Web site is a work in progress containing links to a variety of patient safety web sites and resources. The database is organized by broad clinical events and health care process headings that are further broken down into categories and specific topic areas. The site also contains a brief survey inviting users to make suggestions for improvement.
